If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the items to your shopping cart.

You may also call 239-542-WOOF(9663) between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, to place an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediatly if it is in stock or with in 2 weeks if a special order/out of stock. Privacy Policy Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. Cape Dog Bakery will never share your name or any other personal information to any third party companies. If a special order item is being sent directly from the manufacturer, we will only provide the minimum information needed to ship that item to you. We value your privacy and your business! If you are not fully
satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item(s) in
their original condition with any and all tags attached for an
exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt. All returns &
exchanges require prior authorization. Authorization will not be given
beyond 30 days of receipt. Merchandise returned without authorization
will be sent back “Return to Sender”. Authorization may be obtained by
emailing us at:

We ask that you do not Re-Order your exchanged item. If you place a new order, your credit card will be billed and you will receive a store credit for the item that is being returned. We do not refund shipping & handling charges. In the instance of a return, a store credit will be issued. Store credits are valid for 1 year from issue date. When redeeming your store credit, we ask that you place your order via phone to ensure proper store credit redemption. Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless a manufacturer’s defect exists. Returns should be submitted with all original packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns on any items without original packaging, that have been used, chewed, washed or worn. Any item returned in un-resellable condition will not receive credit. Costumes and holiday items may be returned for exchange only. We do not refund shipping charges or return shipping charges. Due to health regulations, no returns can be accepted on carriers, beds, strollers or food products. Exchanges for defective merchandise or shipping errors on our part will be re-shipped to you at no charge. Product InformationWe do our best to offer you accurate information when shopping with us. However, technological errors can occur, such as typos or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors pertaining to our products, including after any order has been placed.
